Support Options
QuickBooks offers some free and fee-based support options. They include:
- QuickBooks Community – free option where you can investigate a particular topic, ask questions to other members, or participate by offering solutions to other members’ questions.
- Choose from the following three options (monthly fee or one-time support fee)
- Contact one of the local QuickBooks Experts and inquire for service level and fees; to find a local QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

I was advised today, agent at 800-260-1277, that my online service for the 2008 pro edition was not registered with them and they could not restore it for me… well then, who have I been paying for the past few years and why has it been working until I changed computers a week ago? They stated I must buy a new service for $299 to continue…

Be very very very careful of that number….I don’t trust it and was asked to give them some personal info about my business and red lights went off and I decided that it wasn’t for me at all.
